This program is made up of 3 steps — with Rapid Transformational Therapy sessions, audio recordings for daily conditioning, and follow-up calls — that will help you to root out the mental blocks keeping you stuck in fear and anxiety and plant new empowering beliefs to carry with you into your superstar career.
We start by working together to discover the root causes of the anxiety and install new empowering beliefs in their place. The strong foundation we begin to establish in the first month will allow the techniques and practices introduced in the rest of the program to become easily and readily adopted.
In the second month, we apply what we know about the brain to craft techniques and rituals specific to your needs so that you feel in control of your performance. We collaborate on creating a game plan that will work for any high-stress performance situation that you may encounter in your career.
In the third month, we make sure that you are well equipped to move forward in applying the techniques learned in this program to approach performing with the utmost confidence. We complete the mindset shift from nervous performer to superstar.

Q: What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?
A: Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), developed by Marisa Peer, combines hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT to create quick, lasting change. By accessing the subconscious through hypnosis, RTT uncovers and addresses the root causes of issues, reframing and rewiring negative beliefs into positive ones. This therapeutic approach includes personalized audio recordings to reinforce new beliefs, aiming for significant improvements in emotional and mental well-being in just one to three sessions.

Q: Where does the therapy take place?
A: All sessions and calls are held on Google Meet (Google’s version of Zoom), so you can be anywhere in the world and book sessions with me. I am in California, just to give you a sense of my time zone.
Q: I’m nervous about becoming a hypnotized zombie. Why is hypnosis so central to RTT?
A: Hypnosis in RTT is not about turning people into zombies like you see in stage hypnosis. In RTT hypnosis, you are in a state of restful alertness and in control the whole time.
Hypnosis opens up access to the subconscious mind, where deeply rooted beliefs and habits reside, making it easier to identify and change negative patterns. By bypassing conscious resistance and addressing repressed emotions or traumas, hypnosis enables the brain to rewire itself towards more positive patterns. In a state of deep relaxation and focus, you are more open to beneficial suggestions, allowing new, healthier thoughts and behaviors to replace old ones. This makes it effective for various issues like anxiety, phobias, habits, and self-esteem.
